Production process
1 - FIRST CONTACT
Receipt of the request via the telephone or web channels and primary indication of the activity that can be performed with development of an ad-hoc quotation.
2 - PLANNING
Upon acceptance of the formulated offer, the order is entered into management and the job order is generated.
This is followed by the planning of the activities to be carried out with specific verification of the materials needed.
3 - PRODUCTION
Job fulfillment gets into full swing: the necessary material is cut and prepared, then arranged for its processing inside the machines. Once the prototype is made, testing is carried out.
4 - EVENTUAL EXTERNAL TREATMENTS
After testing, if the type of processing requires it, any third-party processing is carried out to refine the product and make it meet the requirements for which it was commissioned.
5 - COMPLETION OF PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT
Additional operations, such as marking, welding, assembly, etc., may be required beforepacking and shipping the product.
Any surplus parts are allocated to stock.
